The Mechanicville Housing Authority (MHA) is happy to introduce to our Section 8 Landlords a new Landlord Portal web tool to provide additional services by the MHA. Through this portal, you will be able to view payment history and see occupied units with payment amounts. Landlords can also see the dates and time for upcoming inspections, results of past inspections, reprint 1099 forms, securely share documents with the MHA, view and update contact information and view and optionally update bank account information for direct deposit of HAP payments and use the Secure Document Exchange to send and receive documents to and from the MHA.
An account is required to access the portal. A Registration Code is also needed which will be provided by the Housing Authority.
To log in and begin using the Landlord Portal click on the Landlord Portal link. Once on the Log In page you will click Register as a new user. Once you have logged in you will have access to the options we mentioned above.
